General Chemistry I and II were redesigned, implementing digital and adaptive courseware to improve student learning outcomes as part of a larger effort to increase student success at Clark Atlanta University.  The data generated on student engagement with digital systems can be a powerful tool for advisement to increase student success.

Dr. Eric Mintz is a prof. of chemistry and special assistant to the Provost for Strategic Initiatives. He has over 100 publications and 6 U.S. patents. He was awarded the 2017 CAU Aldridge-McMillan Award for Overall Achievement in Teaching, Research, and Service.
