Pandemic Teaching & Beyond: Adapting and transforming pedagogy through a blended model

Session Overview

This video was part of the July 2021 REMOTE: The Connected Faculty Summit

I use a blended learning course structure to teach Anatomy & Physiology courses for undergraduate health sciences students. The core course structure leverages several technologies, including LMS, courseware, multimedia, adaptive learning, simulations, and experiential learning through interactive human physiological data acquisition and analysis. The pedagogical model was awarded a Digital Learning Innovation Award by the Online Learning Consortium in 2017. I will share the core pedagogical structure and adaptations used during pandemic hybrid teaching and beyond.
