Mindfulness: De-stressing Practices for Online Students & Educators

Session Overview

This video was part of the July 2021 REMOTE: The Connected Faculty Summit

What would you think if you were able to implement a quick, easy, no-cost teaching activity in each of your classes to lessen or even eliminate the stress and anxiety of your online students?   Sound too good to be true?  Well, it’s not.   This teaching talk  will focus on two strategies a professor has used in all her classes regardless of the content area to help students cope with stress and anxiety.  Come prepared to not only hear about the strategies but also experience them.
