Kelvin Bentley has over 19 years of experience in the field of online education as a faculty member, administrator, and consultant. Kelvin has led online learning initiatives for 2- and 4-year institutions. Kelvin has written recent articles on digital learning for publications that include [Educause Review](https://er.educause.edu/articles/2017/10/actualizing-the-online-community-college) and [Inside Higher Education](https://www.insidehighered.com/digital-learning/views/2017/06/21/selecting-online-exam-proctoring-service) and he has received honors including being selected as a [digital learning fellow ](https://www.acao.org/assets/DigitalFellowsApplications/acao%20press%20release-digital%20fellowship%20program-5july2017.pdf)by the Association of Chief Academic Officers (ACAO) in 2017, [Blackboard’s 2017 Catalyst Award for Inclusive Education](https://press.blackboard.com/Blackboard-Catalyst-Awards-2017), and as a Fulbright Specialist in 2010.
 

Penny Ralston-Berg

Senior Instructional Designer, Penn State World Campus
 
Penny Ralston-Berg is a Senior Instructional Designer for the Penn State World Campus. She is also the Quality Matters Coordinator for Penn State and serves as the Chair of the international Quality Matters Instructional Designers Association. She has published works exploring student perspectives of quality in online learning. She also co-authored the book MindMeld: Micro-Collaboration between eLearning Designers and Instructor Experts which discusses how collaboration between experts can lead to a high-quality learning experiences for students.
