Kelvin Bentley has over 19 years of experience in the field of online education as a faculty member, administrator, and consultant. Kelvin has led online learning initiatives for 2- and 4-year institutions. Penny Ralston-Berg is a Senior Instructional Designer for the Penn State World Campus. She is also the Quality Matters Coordinator for Penn State and serves as the Chair of the international Quality Matters Instructional Designers Association. She has published works exploring student perspectives of quality in online learning. She also co-authored the book MindMeld: Micro-Collaboration between eLearning Designers and Instructor Experts which discusses how collaboration between experts can lead to a high-quality learning experiences for students.
