Course Stories, Season 3, Episode #2: Mapping the Course: PMG 322: Project Time Management

David Corlett received his Ph.D. in History from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. David is currently an Assistant Teaching Professor with the Faculty of Leadership and Integrative Studies in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts.

David is a professional project manager (Certified Scrum Master and DASM certified) with over two decades of project management experience in applied settings to include the United States Army, the public history sector, non-profits, and higher education programs and administration.  He has designed and taught courses in History, Project Management, and Organizational Leadership, and he teaches introductory and culminating experience courses in the new Master of Project Management degree offered by the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts.

Meredith Savvides is an Instructional Designer Senior with ASU Online. She holds Masters degrees in Special Education and School Leadership, and spent 13 years in K-12, as a special education teacher and an instructional coach. She also has a certificate in instructional design and has been working at EdPlus since September 2018. 

Meredith supports a variety of ASU Online programs including Justice Studies, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, African and African American Studies, Counseling and Applied Psychological Science, Indigenous Education, Technical Communication, and Interdisciplinary Studies. 

When she’s not engaging with faculty and colleagues she enjoys spending time with her family, reminding her teenager that she’s actually only 9 years old and keeping tabs on the fire extinguisher, just in case her 3-year old twins get any bright ideas.

Ricardo Leon is a Media Developer for EdPlus and is a co-creator and co-host of Course Stories. He has developed a number of other podcasts and various other forms of instructional media. In 2021, Ricardo was on a team that received The President’s Award, which formally recognizes successful solutions in innovation, for his work on the Study Hall project with Crash Course.

Mary Loder is the Manager of Professional Development and Training on the EdPlus Digital Learning team at EdPlus. She is also the co-creator and co-host for Course Stories, a podcast highlighting and showcasing the talents of our faculty and staff at ASU.
